Boston & Maine Railroad #626 with Express Passenger Train
Typed note included with postcard: Boston & Maine Railroad 4-6-0 #626 with an express passenger train. Engine built at Schnectady, New York June 1, 1905 and renumbered by the Boston & Maine to #2115 in 1911. Picture made between June 1905 and 1907, date of postcard. Large boxcar is Boston & Maine "Hoosac Tunnel Route" #51105 for grain traffic, 40 foot inside length. Smaller boxcar is Boston & Maine #19103, 33 foot long inside.
